Weber Genesis=Bone-in Ribeye
If I could be as chilled most of the time as I am when I am grilling or doing any kind of cooking, I'd be the most laid back guy in SoCal. I take great pleasure in preparing and serving food that others enjoy. I can surf the Web and search for recipes for hours. But I am still working on the perfect ribeye steak. You see, I had one once. I was at Emril's Delmonico Steakhouse at the Venetian in Las Vegas. I nearly cried when I took the last bite. I am pretty sure I can't duplicate theirs since they can sear the steak at 900 to 1200 degrees and then cook it to perfection. I am a lot closer now that I have my new Weber Genesis E-320 Gas Grill. I can get up to around 700 degrees and that really makes a difference. For value and performance this grill just can't be beat.
